Why does a single harsh day break me a lot?. Why I am not balanced, in spite of having work?. Am I really so weak and too sensitive?.

How my life will go ahead?. These are some questions, which constantly come to our mind and give trouble a lot instead of solutions.

Living alone and spending time with only yourself is the first step toward the procedure of healing. Gradually in your space-time, you can do the following things.

 

LISTENING TO MEDITATING MUSIC-

While you are under the procedure of healing. One more step you can go ahead by listening to music and relaxing. It could be a melody, lyrics, tone, sound etc.

You can close your ears, eyes and middle of the forehead with your different fingers and can chant “OM”. If in starting, you do it at least 7 times. You can see a drastic change in yourself. Even this process can control your anger emotions.

 

KEEP YOUR BODY IN RELAXING MODE-

We can lie on the bed in a relaxing position. So the proper blood flow will be there all over the body. It helps us to keep calm mentally. If the legs and arms are distant from the body, it gives more relaxation.

 

WHEN YOU ARE HEALED COMPLETELY, TRY TO MAKE GOOD RELATIONS WITH YOUR LOVED ONES-

After spending a couple of hours with yourself, now you are healed completely. You should search out the reason behind the wounded mind. Of course, it happens when we get collapsed with another one.

So just forget all the problems and try to negotiate and sort out the problems. Even, now you are in the state of mind to say sorry for others.

 

DON’T HURT ANYBODY, ESPECIALLY YOUR LOVED ONES-

Man is a social person. He is bound to have emotions in itself. A person can not live alone even if he is an introverted person.

He has to live in connection with his family, friends, relatives and other people outside. If the person does not have a good relationship with anyone with whom he interacts primarily.
