Tensions and stress are quite normal in today’s life. If we want to reduce our stress and tensions, then we need positivity. Keeping a positive attitude towards life is very necessary to stay calm and happy.

 Either we see it in our daily routine or we see any phase of our life. There must be a positive attitude about our life.

 

NECESSITY-

Before all else, I would like to say that, if we want to keep a positive attitude in our life. First of all, we have to accept the negativity, the toxicity or virulent of our life. We have to be very alert every time. We have to be very focused on our goals. Don’t get addicted to anything, except your career.

Only your career can balance your mind and your way of thinking. It will boost your ability. It will strengthen you against adversity.  Moreover, it will provide you respect, honour in your surroundings people.

But, the major point is keeping positivity for women is needed, where an adverse environment occurs most of the time. Every work has its own age and time. If a woman does their own work or makes their career in the adult stage. What will happen?

Sometimes we see some problems, which we are facing continuously for some days and weeks. So generally we just lose patience and become angry with anyone.

Happiness and sadness are the two sides of the coin. If we are in the phase of goodness then we should not be too happy and should not be flying in the sky. On the other hand, if we are in a sad phase. We should not break down totally without keeping patience.

So don’t you think, we should keep calm and should have patience instead of being irritated and losing our temper. I know, it is very easy to say but harder to react in the difficult phase.

Yes, we can only do one thing, that is to keep patience in difficult circumstances, keep doing work and rest leave all the things in  God’s hands. 

If you will not keep patience, then you will become weak and many problems you can invite. Why shouldn’t we focus on our deeds, diligence and hard work? Because all doors never are closed.

Can’t, we learn a lot from our bad phase. Can’t we become more mature? Can’t we see the situation from a different angle?. Yes, it is difficult to think from any angle, when we are in a severe adverse situation. But the best medicine is to keep faith in God and have patience.

 

FOR THE TIME BEING-

 Youth are facing a big challenge, that is to be unemployed. It’s a hard truth that even people are educated and have many degrees but they face this type of challenge. Nowadays, we are suffering from global pandemic disease.

The private sector job has become dull, because workers are not going to their offices, due to lockdown. Online work doesn’t give more productivity to the sectors, where things depend on the live interactions, live meetings etc.

So the people especially the youth, who are suffering due to the lack of job should not be discouraged and try to work on their target. Keep on working with honesty and commitment. Never leave the things in between. It will work if you do the work along with the faith of God.

Never leave spirituality in your life. It will give you the power to fight against the problems. It is not difficult to keep a positive attitude, even if you have been living in a negative attitude many times.

Firstly, you have to think that you want to keep a positive attitude because many people are there, who wants but are unable to maintain the attitude. Because people in the world are very impatient and selfish. They are never satisfied with anyone. They take their close ones for granted.

  • Get up early and do yoga while doing meditation, you can speak with your mind, that now you are changing, and you are keeping a positive attitude.

  • long inhaling and exhaling will help you a lot. It will supply maximum oxygen to your body and mind. You will feel energetic, refreshed and positive.

  • You will feel healthy mentally and physically. Ultimately your way of watching things will change. Because it is said that “a healthy mind exists in a healthy body”.

  • Have some analyzing properties i.e. you should think and analyse your problems so that you will have patience and problem-solving skills.

  • You will be able to take action for solving your problems.

  • Don’t think any work is small, it’s good to initiate but keep progressing always.

 

PUZZLING MOST OF THE TIME –

Definitely, you must have been faced such kinds of situations. Please read ahead and share with me. You always listen to some kind of good advice all around. But you are not always in that state of mind to accept and follow these things calmly and peacefully. Right?.

Sometimes, you just get puzzled and a lot of things run in your mind. Your parents, relative just come and starts advising you. You need space and mental peace. You need some rest for a long time.

But people don’t understand this and give a lecture and force their opinions on you. They don’t know you already have torn up from all sides and your brain is saying STOP! STOP!  STOP! but your mouth is just shut up due to your moral values.

You just think like this, why people are not understanding and you don’t have the option to walk away from those people. Yes definitely everybody must have faced such situations in their life, hope you just co-relate to this. 

You are really not in this stage to think about the important things for you. You are just unable to differentiate the talk between your mind and your heart. Because, if you go with your heart then you will face a lot of pain and your mind, body, the soul has to suffer a lot. You will feel alone in that journey.

Nobody is with you, which fulfil your mind’s need and take away from these situations. If you share something with someone, that is short and temporary, and it can’t satisfy you and after a short interval, you just feel and think on the same track.

 But I would like to say, dear buddies, if you are facing such kinds of situations or will ever face them, Then don’t lose hope in any circumstances.

Because there is one the supreme one who always sees you and is always with you. You just have to feel that one.
