Being happy is the state, everybody wants to reach there. Do you feel if you have a lot of luxuries and money, then you feel happy ?. Or do you feel if you have less money but you give all your precious time to your family and friends, then you feel happy?.

In this world, both types of people are there. But none of them found happy. So what is happiness?. How will you feel happy?. How to be happy?.

I generally heard this ” people who are too busy in their daily routine, focus on making money and are less likely to spend their time with family do not come under the category of happy people “.

So the person who belongs to the lower-middle class is constantly struggling daily with small things and has enough time to spend with their family. Do you find them happy?.

 

A LITTLE EXPLORATION ABOUT YOURSELF-

Are you guys happy in this world? On all sides? In all situations?. So what do you think about the world, when you find yourself happiest most . Did you ever ponder about it?.

Definitely, We can’t live happily every time. But we have to do some efforts to stay happy.

As you know very well happiness is linked to our body, mind and soul. If you are healthy in body, mind and soul wise, then you are one of the happiest people on this planet.

DON’T YOU THINK SO – 

Everybody has their own choice, style, and own sight. Depend on how that particular person’s point of view on some topic. Sometimes our expectations can not be full filled and we became unhappy and sometimes we see other’s achievements and feel depressed.

Either the people are living in a slum area or posh area, if expectations are not be fulfilled. If needs not be satisfied, then unhappiness is naturally there. If you live the same in this fast-moving competitive world.

If you don’t update yourself. If you don’t accept the circumstances then unhappiness will be there.

As we gradually cross our life’s stages and we grow from time to time or we can say we reach some stages of life, there are many factors which affect us and make us sad and unhappy.

What do you say? Should we live unhappy always if our expectations get not fulfilled? Or we can say our work, situations are different from others, that we can not achieve something we want.

But here I am giving you some tips, that can surely reduce your sadness and will motivate you to live in better conditions in life.

Because if you are happy. Your family will be happy, your kids will be happy and you can make a good environment at your home. If you are happy so you have a lot to give happiness to other people.

As happiness is related to body, mind and soul, so you have to work on your physical, mental, emotional, and social fitness.

If you don’t work on your daily routine and your surrounding people are growing and progressing. Would you be happy to see that those are successful and you are still the same?. Focus on the following points.

 

FOR PHYSICAL FITNESS –

To stay fit physically, you need to do healthy exercise, yoga, Anulom Vilom, walking and jogging. You will not only get benefits physically but mentally too. In other words, we can say you will get benefits in your overall health.

You need to follow the rule “early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy wise”. You also need to take a balanced diet, as you know how carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, and fats are required for your body.

No need to take the gap between two meals for more than 8 hours. The people who are poor and work at your home or in your surroundings.

You can suggest to them that they should take at least simple daal rice, roti and sabzi in their whole day meal.

It should be three times a day. Either they take vegetables, chapati for breakfast or daal rice at noon. They will become healthy and never fall ill unnecessarily if they follow this.

They can perform well at their work and they can think one step ahead to get more money.

 

TIPS FOR GIRLS WHO TAKE GRANTED TO FOOD- 

I used to see girls in my college, who were taking a keen interest in dieting. But I will suggest you, never go on dieting, you will lose your skin glow due to the lack of proper nutrition. If you are in your growing phase so try to reduce taking junk food.

In fact, all people of different ages should avoid dieting and junk food. Exercise, jogging, walking and taking healthy food not only keep you physically fit but mentally fit too.

You can add fruits and salads in your daily routine instead of going with junk. Your focus and concentration will increase towards your work.

 

FOR MENTAL &EMOTIONAL FITNESS-

In life, you should always have some goals. If you don’t have any work or you are empty without any objectives then you will get frustrated.

Try to have some work, especially money-earning work. It will boost your confidence and you feel good about yourself.

It will also boost your self-esteem and helps to make you disciplined in life. If my readers are students then they have to focus on their studies.

It feels like heaven, whenever you do some good work, along with that, you can do something worthy for the welfare of others.

It really gives you peace and satisfaction whenever you do something for others without any selfish motive. Automatically it keeps you in balance mode and makes you healthy.

For emotional and mental well beings, you should always have good friends and relative around you, who motivates you.

They can give you positive energy and guide you always to go in the right path. Books are also one of the good friends to keep you calm. Keep reading the best books.

With positive friends, you can make a plan for a tour and travel. Choose the destination, where you can do some adventurous tasks like rafting, gliding, and roaming some small destination. You can go on a voyage along with sufficient luggage with you.

You can enjoy all the moments after by capturing the photos and videos. One of the best hobbies you can enjoy there is photography. It will also motivate you to travel from time to time.

If listening to music and dancing is one of your hobbies then surely you are the person who does not take a long time to recover.

But never get scared to face criticism. Good friends and relatives speak the truth in front of you. Along with giving motivation. Yoga and meditation is also required to improve mental, and emotional health. It keeps us calm and patient about anything.

If we have tolerance then we can deal with any challenge in our life, so automatically we can become mentally, and emotionally healthy.  Developing your hobby also leads to improve mental health.

 

FOCUS ON SPIRITUALITY-

Although many of us can deny spirituality due to our busy schedules. But it is one of the important aspects to become happy.

Somewhere it is in our inner side. But we don’t realize it and don’t want to see it. Early in the morning, when you do meditation, you connect and feel spirituality on that.

Spirituality keeps us mentally fit and calm. Many of you experienced in your life that whenever you are tensed or feel depressed, spirituality is the way which keeps you calm in critical conditions.  

I would like to suggest you to connect with spirituality by listening, watching videos, and reading books, if possible. If you join Satsang, you will feel relaxed by surrounding good and positive people.  

Not only in bad condition, but you should also connect with spirituality in good condition too. It will help you to keep in down-to-earth mode.

 

 PRECAUTIONS –

I point out the word healthy exercise which means sometimes people do extra exercises which leads to fatigue and some side effects. These things you can do under the supervision of a trainer or by taking the advice of a doctor.

 Moreover, people suffering from a particular disease are also not recommended for some kinds of exercises and yoga.

Long breathing, running and jogging intake more oxygen to the brain and in turn, you feel fresh and energetic. So these physical, emotional, and mental health are interrelated to each other.

Intaking the appropriate amount of balance diet, doing healthy exercise, yoga, meditation, and good connection with people leads to you staying happy and healthy.
